A personalised feedback system to support teacher training
De Angelis, M., Miranda, S.
Despite the fact that Italian teacher training is now compulsory and permanent, many teachers have difficulties in changing their behaviour as a result of the training. Feedback is one of the most incisive tools to improve such learning: unfortunately teachers rarely receive it. In this regard, the contribution aims to present an automated and personalised feedback system to support teachers in training, called “Questionnaire for Custom Feedback”.
