The paper presents the research carried out on a course aimed at civil protection operators of the Public Assistances belonging to the national ANPAS network. The course, following the pandemic, was carried out in a digital environment and the investigation, conducted as a case study with qualitative/quantitative techniques, is aimed at investigating the issue of online participation in non-formal learning paths.
