Distance Education
This special issue will involve scholars, researchers, teachers, instructional designers and learners in a scientific debate about the emergent topic of distance education.
We invite proposals from a wide range of related interests and from various research paradigms, so we are looking for submissions that systematically investigate questions around online interaction, collaboration, multimedia, adaptive environments, blended learning, emerging technologies; effective approaches and interventions that promote online student engagement, resilience, self-regulation, persistence, motivation, improvement, and success.
We also seek cutting-edge research on how new technologies and distance education practices provide for an urgent rethinking of education policies globally.
